You have our promise that if you are not 100% happy with your new purchase you can return it to us within 14 days no problem!

 Free return shipping in exchange for Store Credit.

  • For a store refund: If you are returning any full priced item and are happy to take a store credit, we will pay the return shipping! (orders placed using any discount codes do not qualify). Simply email us at hello@violetfish.com.au and we will arrange return shipping then,
  • Please complete the Returns form and either email it to us at hello@violetfish.com.au or print it off and return with your item.
  • Return your item to Maharani, Shop 7 Strand Arcade, 176-180 The Mall, Leura NSW 2780.

Full Refunds for Returns.

  • Refunds are available for full priced items only
  • This does not include anything purchased using any promotion codes (including free shipping). These items will only be eligible for a store credit.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • You can elect to have a store credit or full refund. (noted on the form).
  • Please be sure that the item you are returning is in the same condition you received it and the original packaging must be included.
  • Please complete the Returns form and either email it back to us at

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. You will need to purchase the item you do want and return the unwanted one. 

Faulty or Damaged Items.

  • We take great care to ensure your items are perfect when we send them to you, but we understand that sometimes things get missed! Of course, we offer a full refund and return shipping if this should occur.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Email us at; hello@violetfish.com.au and include photos of the damaged item.
  • Please note that all our lovely prints are hand screen printed. Sometimes they have small colour differences and slight discrepancies in the print. This is why we love them and do not consider this a fault.

Items Returned to Violet Fish due to incorrect Address.

Take care when entering your shipping address. If the address is entered incorrectly you will be required to pay the re-delivery costs.
